Processing time
Please allow up to 1-3 days for your order to be processed, after placing your order (MONDAY-FRIDAY). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive additional notification regarding delivery. Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be processed the next business day. During sales and holidays, processing times may vary and it may take several business days before delivery.
Delivery time frame
Once your order is processed, delivery usually takes approximately 7-15 business days.
Lisettetshirt shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of us.

We offer standard shipping on all orders throughout the United States for $6.99 shipping.

Shipping method
To accommodate your needs, we may select different shipping methods and carriers depending on your location and the size of the item you purchase.
International Taxes And Duties
For orders outside the US, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery.
You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Wrong shipping address
Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your shipping address as long as your order has not been processed yet. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Lost parcel
Please e-mail our customer care team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you. However, we are not responsible for parcels once a proof of delivery is generated. We recommend contacting your local postal service to open an investigation.
Terms and conditions
A signature and proof of identification are required on delivery of all orders, in which case the customer will be responsible for the goods. Any person accepting delivery on your behalf evidences the completion of delivery and responsibility therefore passes from that point.
If you do not receive your order and it is returned directly to Lisetteshirt, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs to return your order will not be covered by Lisettetshirt and will be payable by you.
All orders are subject to quality inspection and evaluation prior to shipment by our packaging team. If your order is damaged or an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service team immediately, quoting your order number.
