1. 30-day return and return conditions

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
  • The product must be in its original condition, without damage or signs of use.
  • The invoice or receipt must be provided with the returned product.

2. Return Process

To process a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide details of why you would like to return the item.
  • We will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refund

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be made to the payment method you used to make the purchase. Refunds may take up to 30 business days depending on your original payment method.

4. Ineligible Products

Some products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been washed or used.
  • Products that are missing tags or damaged.
  • Special order or custom made products.

5. Cancellation of Order

At Lisettetshirt.store, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request – [Order Number]”.
